The loop
Five steps. Every single day.
Log
Write your day in plain text — no forms, no dropdowns, no busywork.
Evaluate
AI reads what you actually did and assigns XP across the 7 stats.
Level up
Your stat bars move and your rank progress bar shifts, right there on your home screen.
Rank up
Enough consistency moves your rank: E → D → C → B → A → S.
Compete
Climb the leaderboard against everyone else actually playing their life.
Character sheet
Seven stats. Every part of you.
Not just workouts. Everything you do maps to one of seven real stats.
Strength
Lifting, bodyweight, physical power.
Agility
Speed, reflexes, coordination.
Stamina
Endurance, sustained effort.
Intelligence
Learning, deep work, problem-solving.
Discipline
Consistency, routines, willpower.
Creativity
Art, building, innovation.
Sense
Mindfulness, reflection, self-awareness.
The ladder
One-directional. Never downgraded.
A rank is a permanent, earned credential — not a leaderboard spot that slips the moment you rest.
Bottom 5%
"Every master started where you are now."
Bottom 35%
"Raw potential. Discipline will shape you."
Top 60%
"Solid foundation. Now build something greater."
Top 25%
"You're strong — sharpen your edges and keep climbing."
Top 10%
"Elite execution. You're one decision away from legendary."
Top 0.001%
"You were born to lead nations. Stay sharp."
Prestige
Titles are yours forever. Badges are up for grabs.
Titles reward your own consistency — earned once, kept forever, each one a permanent XP boost. Badges are different: global, zero-sum bragging rights, recomputed live every time the leaderboard loads. Hold the single highest spot in a stat, worldwide, and it's yours — until someone takes it.
The Strongest
#1 in Strength, worldwide — live, contested, never permanent.
The Swiftest
#1 in Agility, worldwide.
The Unbreakable
#1 in Stamina, worldwide.
The Wisest
#1 in Intelligence, worldwide.
The Unyielding
#1 in Discipline, worldwide.
The Visionary
#1 in Creativity, worldwide.
The Enlightened
#1 in Sense, worldwide.
The ascension ladder
Stack enough crowns, become something else entirely.
Hold enough stat badges at once — plus the rank to back it up — and they fuse into one title that says exactly how far you've climbed.
3+ badges · C rank
"Knight — dominance proven, and the rank to back it up."
5+ badges · B rank
"Lord — most of the board is yours now."
All 7 · A rank
"Paragon — every crown, worldwide, at once."
All 7 + The Undying · A rank
"King — the most XP anyone has ever earned, period."
All 7 + The Undying · S rank
"God — every stat, every record, the top rank. All at once."
Everything God requires — started at zero
"Demiurge — you built it from nothing."
Head-to-head
Bring a friend. Bet on yourself.
SoloRank isn't a solo grind by default. Add friends, compare stats side-by-side, and challenge one to a Stake — whoever stays more consistent wins. No purchase, no gimmick, just real accountability with someone who'll actually notice if you flake.
Add friends
Search, request, accept — see their stats and compete on a leaderboard scoped to just your circle.
Propose a Stake
Pick a metric — streak, pushups, running distance, study hours, or anything you want to track manually — and challenge a friend head-to-head.
Watch it play out
Live totals, who's ahead, and a real result reveal the moment either side ends it. Bragging rights, not just XP.
